The Organizing Committee of 17th ITS World Congress, Busan 2010 is pleased to offer a wide selection of hotels with discounted rates near the BEXCO.
Please note that the special discounted rate can be provided only when you make a reservation through this website. As rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis, once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may unable to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended. |

| How to Make a Hotel Reservation |
Participants can make a hotel reservation through E-hotel reservation system. If you have problem with E-hotel reservation, please contact the secretariat of 17th ITS World Congress, Busan 2010 by e-mail at its2010@mecitour.com and fax +82-2-2082-2110. The confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours by the secretariat |

| Terms and Conditions |
1. All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by booking through the secretariat of 17th ITS World Congress, Busan 2010, and any change in booking must be informed in writing to the secretariat of 17th ITS World Congress, Busan 2010, NOT directly to the hotel.
2. All rates are based on Korean Won.
3.Hotel reservation should be made until 24th September 2010 . Room booking and changes made after
24th September 2010 , 2010 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.
4. VAT(10%) and Service charge(SVC,11%) |
a. Super deluxe hotels : VAT(10%) and Service charge(SVC,11%) will be added to above room rate.
b. First class hotels, Serviced Residence, Condominium and Youth Hostel: VAT(10%)
and Service charge(SVC,11%) are included in the above room rate. |
| 5. Single breakfast is included in the above room rate. Additional charge will be applied for the second person’s breakfast. |
| 6. Standard check-in time of 2.00pm and check-out time of 12.00pm apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for early check in and late check out must be made in writing to the official housing & tour bureau at its2010@mecitour.com in advance. However, this may cause additional one night charge depending on room availability. |
