Congress registration can be made by the official website www.itsworldcongress.kr or by faxing or posting the completed registration form to the secretariat(See the bottom of this page for contact details).
E-registration is highly recommended and is available now!
We advise participants to register in advance by 1st August 2010 to be benefited from the discounted price.

1) Paper ID or session numbers will be requested for the Speakers and/or moderators. One speaker per paper and/or
presentation is entitled to this discounted rate.
2) Registration for students requires you to send a copy of student card and an official letter from your participating
university confirming that you are a full time student. Students will need valid ID at the time of collecting badges
on-site.
3) Registration for exhibitor delegates requires you to participate in the congress on behalf of the exhibitors.
4) As an exhibitor, you must be attending on behalf of an exhibit company and your company name on your badge must
be the same as contracted company. This allows you to attend the Exhibition only. E-registered exhibitors will be
entitled to a free of charge ticket. On-site registrations will be charged USD30.
5) Members of the press are invited to attend the Congress free of charge. A copy of your press ID must be sent on the
date of your registration and this ID must be presented when collecting badges on-site. You are able to attend all
congress sessions, the Exhibition, opening and closing ceremonies.
6) Accompanying persons are entitled to the family members only. |

Full payment in US dollar must be paid by the corresponding deadlines. Confirmation letter will be sent upon clearance of payment. |

Visa, Master, JCB support 3D Secure. Card Issuer has to support 3D secure protocol and enroll your credit card on your participating card issuer’s website.
If the card issuer doesn’t provide 3D Secure, the payment cannot be made successfully with its credit card.

Bank Transfer |
Wire Transfer is available until 30th September 2010. From 1st October 2010, you can pay the fees by credit card or directly at the on-site.
The name and registration no. of the registrant should be clearly stated on the wire transfer. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early registration rate), the subsequent rate will be automatically applied. A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be faxed or e-mailed to the 17th ITS World Congress secretariat. All wire transfer charges are to be paid by registrants.

| Cancellation & Refund Policy |
Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by email at registration@itsworldcongress.kr or by fax at +82-2-2177-8090.
All refunds will be processed after the congress. Administrative and bank service charges(USD100) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. |

Substitutions |
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in the same organization without incurring a penalty. The secretariat must be informed by 10th October 2010 in writing of any alternation. |
