The 17th ITS World Congress Organizing Committee held an International Program Committee (IPC) meeting Feb 3 to 4, at the Oakwood Premier Hotel, Coex, Seoul. Twenty three 1st IPC members from all around the world participated in the meeting to discuss the format, concept and speakers of sessions including the plenary session.
